When will I own the Asset Tracker or Camera?
You own the product from day one, the monthly fee covers data, platform and support.
How long does it take to install?
Asset Tracking devices such as Nano, Magtrack and Tag IQ can be installed within minutes.
Cam IQ is possible to install yourself, however for a professional fit, we recommend using an Auto Electrician.
How long is the contract?
There is no contract. You have paid for the hardware. You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time.
What does my monthly fee cover?
Depending on which product you have purchased. Your monthly fee covers cellular data costs, video storage fees (for cameras), firmware upgrades, mobile or desktop platform fees and support.
Do I need to fit a SIM card?
No, Nano, Magtrack and CAM iQ come with SIM's already installed. TAG iQ operates off roaming bluetooth technology.
What happens if I sell my car?
You would simply have your auto electrician remove the camera. In the case of Nano, Magtrack or TAG iQ, you just have to remember to remove them yourself (and where you've hidden them).
How do I access the footage?
For CAM iQ As all footage is stored in the cloud, you can access this via the iOS/Android app. Footage is stored and accessible via three methods. Automatically in the event of a collision, manually using the panic button, or by logging into the app and manually requesting footage from a particular time/date. Panic button and crash footage is stored indefinitely.
Can I fit the camera myself?
The camera is simple to install but some we recommend using a professional auto electrician.
What does the panic button do?
The panic button is a quick way of generating footage which is then stored in the cloud. This is in place to protect you.
How do I download the app?
Simply visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the Trak+ app. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch with links to help download the relevant app.
What else does the app do?
The app also stores your journeys and give you a driver risk score based on your behaviour – this is private to you!
